JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Jacksonville man was killed in a crash on 103rd Street early Saturday morning after running a red light, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
FHP said an 18-year-old driver was eastbound on 103rd Street, attempting to turn left onto the I-295 northbound ramp, when the 50-year-old man ran a red light and hit the teen.
