STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A box truck crashed and overturned on the West Shore Expressway Monday morning, causing delays during the morning rush hour.
According to emergency transmissions, the crash was first reported just after 5 a.m. on the northbound side of the thoroughfare, heading toward the Staten Island Expressway.
Traffic cameras in the area show the truck appears to have swerved into the grass median before overturning between the Arden Avenue and Muldoon Avenue exits…
