Montclair police responded to three reported thefts, two incidents of vehicle vandalism and a dispute that led to an arrest between Sept. 8 and Sept. 15, according to the Montclair Police Department.
Wallet Reported Stolen on Church Street
A man reported his wallet missing on Sept. 11 and told police he believed it was stolen while he was on Church Street.
A digital tracker inside the wallet showed it in the area of Summer Avenue in Newark, police said. The tracking location later updated to an area along Mayor Kenneth Gibson Boulevard in Newark.
Earphones Taken From Bloomfield Avenue Business
A man entered Faraj Enterprise on Bloomfield Avenue on Sept. 8 looking to sell an Apple iPhone 16, police said.
