Police in Clifton are asking for help after two small dogs were found abandoned in a cage on a city sidewalk.
Authorities say the dogs were left on Crooks Avenue around 9 p.m. on Sept. 10. Clifton animal control responded and has been taking care of the malnourished dogs.
