The mother of a middle school student in Bergen County has filed a lawsuit against the Cliffside Park Board of Education, claiming her son suffered a broken arm when he was assaulted by another student.
The child was participating in school activities on May 20, 2025, at Cliffside Park School 6 when he was allegedly attacked by the other child, according to the lawsuit, filed in New Jersey Superior Court on Sept. 23.
As a result of the assault, the student fell and sustained fractures to the right distal radius and ulna, both of which required emergency medical treatment, the suit says…
