Two people were charged and one gun was recovered after a daytime shooting incident in Jersey City Wednesday, city spokeswoman Kimberly Wallace-Scalcione said. The shooting broke out at approximately 9:30 a.m. in the area of Martin Luther King Drive and Stegman Street, not far from School 15. Police said in the transmissions that shots were fired at a person and that person pulled out a gun and returned fire.
