For the ultimate deli experience in New York, New York, one of the truest originals left out there is Katz’s Delicatessen. Whether one is a fan of “When Harry Met Sally” or just a lover of classic deli meats, there is guaranteed to be something for everyone in the family. Three words of warning when one goes: there is always a line out the door, the place is much bigger than one expects upon entering, and there is a strict ticket system for ordering and just getting in the place.

One can get complementary mustard, reuben dressing, or mayo as well if so inclined, but getting the sandwich plain is just the best, absolutely a must for first-time diners.
