Three people, including two moped riders, were injured in a crash Tuesday afternoon in Jersey City. The crash occurred at approximately 2:20 p.m. in the area of Summit Avenue and Howard Place. Jersey City police responded and found three people on the ground with injuries, a smashed moped and a car that showed heavy body damage and a smashed windshield.
