A New York City man was arrested in Jersey City yesterday after stealing a woman’s cell phone at the Christopher Street PATH Station, an official said. Jason T. Porch, 24, of New York City, is charged with attempted robbery, assault, menacing, harassment, interference with transportation, terroristic threats, aggravated assault to a police officer, resisting arrest, trespass, and disorderly conduct, according to Port Authority spokeswoman Lenis Valens.
