Lowe’s Employee, Customer Responsible for 15 Thefts, Bayonne Police Charge

BAYONNE, NJ – A Bayonne woman working as a cashier at Lowe’s conspired with customer to commit several thefts between January 10 and April 13, according to a statement issued by the Bayonne Police Department on Thursday.

In the statement, Captain Eric Amato announced that Shereen G. Waly, 48, and Emad S. Shehata, 41, Jersey City, were both charged with Theft and Conspiracy in connection to the scheme which police say included a total of 15 separate thefts totaling just under $5,000.
