Powerball ticket worth $1M sold in Hudson County; $50K ticket also bought in N.J.

A $1 million winning ticket purchased in New Jersey for Saturday’s Powerball drawing was sold at a liquor store/convenience store in Hudson County. The winner bought the lucky ticket at Te-Amo on Paterson Plank Road in Secaucus, state lottery officials said Monday. The second-prize ticket matched five numbers but not the Powerball.
