Friends, volunteers and luck have kept shower events going. It’s a hot Saturday summer morning where the sun is so strong that it almost stings. But that doesn’t stop Paterson resident Sharonda Roberts from setting up the weekly event where she offers free showers in the parking lot of an Elks Lodge.
