Jersey City officials cut the ribbon on the Fairview Heights mixed-income housing complex in Ward B on Friday, which designated 52 of their 92 units as affordable housing. Located at 43 Fairview Avenue, the new mixed-income development rises nine stories in the city’s vibrant McGinley Square neighborhood, steps away from public transit, neighborhood shops, and houses of worship.
