A stretch along Broadway in the Bronx now memorializes the founders of Lloyd’s Carrot Cake. It was co-named Betty and Lloyd Adams Way at a ceremony Sunday. Many customers claim Lloyd’s Carrot Cake is the best they have ever tasted. Lloyd Adams opened the location in the Riverdale neighborhood across from Van Cortlandt Park with the help of his wife Betty back in 1986.
