Ending a five-month period without any homicides, a 19-year-old Jersey City man has died following a shooting in Greenville on Friday afternoon. According to Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez, at approximately 5 p.m., Jersey City police responded to a report of gunshots in the area of Garfield Avenue and Brown Place. There, the police found the victim, Kashyne Grant, with a bullet wound to the upper body.
