Three juveniles and one adult was charged with rioting during a Bayonne liquor store robbery on Christmas Eve, according to Police Sgt. Kenneth Drago. Shania Matthews, 27, of Bayonne, along with three male juveniles from Jersey City – 13, 16, and 16 – were all charged with robbery, riot with use of a weapon, and conspiracy, Drago said in a statement.
