FORT TOTTEN, Queens (PIX11) – Police identified a woman found dead in the water in Queens Sunday.
Sharon Shao, 51, of Flushing, was discovered in the water in Fort Totten around 11:15 a.m., according to the NYPD.

She was found near a white Mercedes surrounded by crime tape with blood on the back driver’s side door. The car was towed away by the NYPD.
Sources told PIX11 News that Shao’s death is not currently considered suspicious…
