Known for his vibrant spirit and infectious laughter, Adams was fatally stabbed outside Mr. Carrot organic grocery store on Fulton Street, leaving friends and family in shock over the violent act that claimed his life.

Cowin Adams, 44, was more than just a father; he was a beloved neighborhood personality, fondly remembered for his ability to uplift those around him. The incident occurred around 4:25 p.m. when Adams was attacked outside the store. In a desperate attempt to seek help, he ran inside but collapsed before he could receive medical assistance.
