A pristine but unused physical therapy facility at Christ Hospital is once again raising questions about the problematic relationship between Mayor Steven Fulop, his wife’s business, and a local property owner.
The facility, located in the CarePoint Center for Personalized Health on Palisade Avenue, was reportedly built between 2022 and 2023 for Exchange Physical Therapy Group, which is owned by Fulop’s wife, Jaclyn, and her partner, Drew Nussbaum. CarePoint President and CEO Dr. Achintya Moulick oversaw the project.
