Man beats subway rider who bumped into him on train in Bushwick

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police released surveillance footage of a man accused of beating a subway rider who bumped into him on a train in Bushwick last month.

At approximately 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, a 36-year-old man bumped into the suspect as he was entering a stationary northbound J train at the Kosciuszko Street train station, authorities said.

According to officials, the suspect followed the victim into the northbound J train, approached him, and demanded an apology. The suspect then repeatedly punched the victim in the face and body before fleeing the location on foot to parts unknown.
