Gray’s Papaya and UGG are teaming up for the delicious giveaway to celebrate America’s birthday.

At noon on the Fourth of July, New Yorkers can snag a hot dog at Papaya’s on 72nd Street and Broadway in Manhattan and at a hot dog stand in Domino Park in Williamsburg, organizers said.
