SECAUCUS, N.J. — A woman was taken into custody early Saturday morning following a multi-hour standoff at the Extended Stay Hotel on Meadowlands Parkway, according to the Secaucus Police Department.
Police responded to the hotel at 8:53 p.m. Friday after receiving reports that a woman was behaving erratically and making violent threats, including threats to stab others. Upon arrival, officers said the woman also threatened harm to responding police before barricading herself inside her hotel room.
