ELIZABETH, N.J. (PIX11) – The woman who crashed into a Planet Fitness in New Jersey, killing a 72-year-old man Tuesday, will not face any criminal charges, officials told PIX11 News Wednesday night.
Police say the 69-year-old female driver was behind the wheel of the jeep when she crashed into the gym at around 12:20 p.m.
