One person was killed, and a firefighter was injured after a fire broke out at a high-rise apartment building in Harlem on Wednesday.
Officials received reports of a fire on the 19th floor of the 35-story apartment building located at 221 E. 122nd St. between Third and Second avenues just before 7 p.m.
