The heliport that was home to an ill-fated tourist chopper involved in a fatal April 10 crash in the Hudson River, faces shutdown after officials said it violated conditions that banned tourist flights.
Kearny officials charged that RTC Holding, where Helo Holding is located, also known as HHI Heliport, violated a 2014 zoning approval that barred tourist helicopter flights and limited hours of non-essential helicopter flights.
