Jersey City Mayor-elect James Solomon has launched a transition website with public job applications as he begins recruiting for his administration next year.
“I am excited to open our transition website as a way to both build the best team possible to create an affordable Jersey City and keep people informed about our work on the transition,” he said in a statement.
“The residents of Jersey City deserve a government that reflects their needs and aspirations, and this is an important step in that direction. We encourage everyone that is interested to apply so together we can create a better, more affordable city.”
