A 17-year-old has been charged in the shooting death of a 16-year-old in an apartment in Jersey City last week, authorities said.
Investigators charged the alleged shooter with aggravated manslaughter, weapons offenses and tampering with evidence, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said Thursday. He was not identified because of his age.
