The arrests followed a targeted surveillance operation conducted Wednesday, Dec. 17, near Dumont Avenue and Valley Road in the City of Clifton, according to the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation was carried out by the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office Bureau of Narcotics and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s North Jersey Safe Streets Task Force, officials said.
