NEWARK, NJ — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman suspected of stealing two packages from a porch on Dec. 21.
At approximately 4:17 p.m., a resident on Smith Street near Tremont Avenue observed a woman remove a delivered package from the porch.
The suspect left but returned moments later and took a second package that had been delivered and placed on top of the victim’s mailbox…
