TIMES SQUARE, Manhattan (PIX11) – The woman accused of stabbing a mother who was changing her 9-month-old baby in a Macy’s bathroom last month is set to appear before a judge on Wednesday.
Officials said 43-year-old Kerri Aherne was released from a psychiatric facility the same day she allegedly attacked the woman. The victim, from California, was stabbed as many as six times in her back and arms, her boyfriend told PIX11 News.
