Born and raised in New York City, Patrick Zeng grew up with the Asian-inspired desert chain Mango Mango as part of his rhythm—late-night date nights, sweet endings to long days, a place where conversations lingered over shaved ice, fruit, and bubble tea. When life eventually brought him away from the constant hum of the city and into Middletown, Delaware in 2020, he noticed something missing. There was no space dedicated to Asian desserts. No place where families, couples, or kids could gather over something playful, colorful, and joy-filled.
That absence felt like an opportunity.
