Target plans open two new stores in New Jersey in March including a small-format retail operation in a busy section of Jersey City.
A 40,000-square-foot Target at 104 Sip Ave. in Jersey City and a 150,000-square-foot store at 235 Prospect Ave. in West Orange are scheduled to open March 15.
