Three cane corsos were seized by the Secaucus Police Department, while three more were surrendered to Jersey City animal control after injuring one dog and four people – two who had to be treated at the hospital.
On Tuesday at approximately 8:28 p.m., the Secaucus Police Department was called to the Red Roof Inn, located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway, for an alleged dog attack in the parking lot, Police Chief Dennis Miller told HCV.
The owner had five cane corsos corralled in his car after they attacked a man and a woman, who were both treated at the Hackensack University Medical Center. The female victim required surgery, authorities said.
