The Secaucus Police Department Traffic Bureau arrested and charged 21-year-old Jobeth Manga of Secaucus on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in connection with a two-car motor vehicle crash that caused serious bodily injury.
Police responded on January 13, 2026, to County Avenue at the intersection with the UPS employee parking lot for a report of a crash involving a 2023 Tesla Model 3 operated by Manga and a 2024 Hyundai Kona. Officers observed heavy front-end damage to the Hyundai and damage to the Tesla’s front driver-side quarter panel.
