Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao, the New York soup dumpling brand best known for its xiao long bao, is officially setting its sights on Framingham. The chain has tagged 84 Worcester Road on Route 9 as a “coming soon” location, and local filings show the space is slated for renovation ahead of the debut. When it opens, the move will bring Nan Xiang’s full Xiao Long Bao concept, rather than the smaller Express outposts already operating in Boston, to the MetroWest crowd. For now, there is still no official opening date.
