A First Look at Hoboken’s Newest Poke Spot
For those new to the trend, poke is a Hawaiian-inspired dish typically featuring raw fish such as tuna or salmon, served over rice and topped with sauces, vegetables, + fun add-ons. It’s known for being both customizable + fresh, making it a go-to for a quick healthy lunch/dinner option.
@tokdirty2yourfood, a local Hoboken influencer + content creator, posted to her TikTok account yesterday about the new spot, giving locals an early peek at what to expect. Through her video, we saw that Poke Pot provides lots of options to BYOB (build your own bowl), with everything from veggies to proteins and crunchy toppings to mix in as well.
After seeing the video, it encouraged Joelle from our team to stop by and give it a try, and she can confirm this new poke spot is fresh, has loads of options, + an overall great addition to the downtown area.
