A 42-year-old North Bergen man was shot and killed in Union City Monday morning, March 23, authorities said.
At 1:50 a.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired at Bergenline Avenue and 44th Street and located David Pulgarin with gunshot wounds, Hudson County Prosecutor Wayne Mello said.
