A logistics firm is staying in place after signing a lease renewal for nearly 126,000 square feet of industrial space in Secaucus, brokers with The Blau & Berg Co. announced last week.
The operator, Arrowpac International Inc., occupies more than half of the property at 925 Paterson Plank Road under a deal with The Mack Co., according to a news release. The renewal ensures its operations at the facility will proceed uninterrupted, providing continued direct access to corridors such as the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1 & 9 and Route 3 and easy connections to Port Newark-Elizabeth and Newark Liberty International Airport…
