Michelin-Recognized Ramen Brand Opening in Jersey City

A globally recognized ramen brand with nearly a decade of Michelin Guide recognition is officially headed to Jersey City.

MENSHO, the acclaimed Japanese ramen concept known for its “Farm to Bowl” philosophy, is preparing to open its first East Coast location at 505 Summit in Journal Square during Fall 2026.
