GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A Grand Rapids man has been federally convicted of trafficking drugs between Michigan and Arizona through the mail system.
An investigation into Cordairo Aqtavian Lambert, 39, began in July 2024 when postal inspectors in Arizona searched a package addressed to a Grand Rapids home that contained over a half-kilogram of cocaine, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Michigan.

Inspectors then identified Lambert, who had prior drug trafficking and firearms felonies in federal and state courts, on surveillance video as he mailed the package from Arizona.
Evidence presented at trial showed Lambert frequently traveled to Arizona, often crossing into Mexico, at the same time that inspectors believe the packages were sent, officials said.
