KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Now, more than six weeks since all 292 units at the Wildwood Off Main apartment complex in Kalamazoo were condemned by building officials, and residents say they are still living in uncertainty as repairs have yet to begin.
The property owner, Peter Slaugh of OpenPath Investments, told News Channel 3 in an email on Thursday that they hired Unified Construction to be the contractor for the project.
