PORTAGE, Mich. — A garage is destroyed and no one is hurt after a fire early on Sunday morning.

Portage Department of Public Safety (PDPS) crews came out to a garage “fully engulfed” in flames near Lovers Lane and East Centre Avenue on Sunday just after midnight, PDPS officials said.
Though the garage is detached, the fire started to spread to the home when crews arrived.
