PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Portage city council welcomed interim City Manager Adam Herringa back to the dais last night.
Herringa served as the interim city manager the last time Portage was between managers.
The council also approved their version of Kalamazoo’s Nuisance Party Ordinance, without discussion, despite calls from some residents in Kalamazoo that it is being misused to break up any gathering of black residents, whether they are causing a problem or not…
