KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A Kalamazoo man is in custody as five small fires reported over several hours on the city’s northeast side have been linked, according to Kalamazoo Fire Marshal Scott Brooks.
Investigators were able to connect the fires after reviewing surveillance video from residents and businesses in the area.
