Interstate Capital is planning five major industrial developments along Michigan’s Interstate-94 corridor.
At full buildout, the projects are expected to encompass more than 600 acres, provide capacity for more than 5 million square feet of modern industrial space and represent planned investment approaching $500 million.
The developments include a specialized cold storage facility and a distribution facility near Detroit Metropolitan Airport, two large-scale industrial campuses near the Blue Water Bridge and Canadian border and a Class-A logistics facility in Kalamazoo Township…
