Dogs in poor condition seized from Battle Creek residence

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Multiple dogs in poor condition were removed from a residence in Battle Creek.

Authorities received a report Monday about a stray emaciated dog believed to be associated with a residence on Northeast Capital Avenue.

More concerns were raised about the welfare of other dogs inside the home after further investigation, leading to a search warrant.
