BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — A baby dressed as a mail carrier, a family-sized costume inspired by “The Thing,” and thousands of pieces of candy were among the sights Friday night at the Battle Creek Police Department’s annual Trunk or Treat.
Bailey Park filled with families, children and teenagers for the community event, where police officers, firefighters and other local groups handed out candy from decorated vehicles.
