LaFontaine Automotive Group on Monday acquired Orin B. Hayes Inc., a dealership group in Kalamazoo, Mich., giving the dealership group its first German luxury brand store. The acquisition included a Mazda-Mercedes-Benz dealership and a Jeep outlet. The stores were renamed LaFontaine Jeep Kalamazoo and LaFontaine Mazda Kalamazoo-Mercedes-Benz of Kalamazoo. The purchase also included a Sprinter franchise.
