KALAMAZOO, MI — Weddings are a time for joy, celebration and – more often than not – drained wallets for the newlyweds. To save money for her upcoming fall 2024 nuptials, Vicksburg ESL teacher Alexa Neumann – and her soon-to-be husband, Alex – are looking to the community for help. Alexa Neumann has started gathering mugs to use at a coffee bar during the ceremony’s cocktail hour. Wedding guests will be able to take the mugs home as wedding favors, too.
