KALAMAZOO, MI – State and local officials say Kalamazoo County needs more affordable housing. Jamauri Bogan is focused on making that happen. His first solo development project, a 12-unit apartment complex at 815 N. Pitcher St., began taking residents in mid-December. And he plans to start a 36-unit second phase of the project later this year.
